PRIVACY

Privacy, plainly.

We publish only aggregate statistics, such as median asking rent, listing counts and how long listings stay up. We never republish listings, listing text or listing photos. We store no personal data about landlords, tenants or anyone named in a listing.

If you subscribe

If you ask for the Monday report, we keep only your email address and the date you signed up, to send that report. We do not sell or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to hello@rentalblackbox.com.

Rent checks

The neighbourhood, home type and rent you enter are used to show your result. We do not ask for your name or address.
