As of 2026-10-17: 12,352 active listings tracked. Typical 1 bed rent (estimated from asking rents): North Vancouver $2,300; Vancouver $2,275; Burnaby $1,990; Richmond $1,950; New Westminster $1,800; Surrey $1,600.
Most expensive Vancouver neighbourhoods for a 1 bed: Downtown $2,692; Mount Pleasant $2,398; Strathcona $2,359; West End $2,312; Kitsilano $2,300.
